The Y2VF series motor is a universal variable frequency speed regulating motor developed and designed on the basis of the Y2 series motor. It can be well matched with the frequency converters of different manufacturers on the market. It has a wide frequency conversion range and superior speed regulating performance.
The entire series of motors adopt optimized designs to minimize the impact of frequency conversion high-order harmonics on the motors. The power level and installation dimensions of the motor comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC72-1 standard, which is the same as the Y2 series motor commonly used in my country, making it convenient for users to replace and repair. Insulated bearings and encoders can be selected according to user requirements.
Y2VF series variable frequency speed motors and frequency converters are used together. They have the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, obvious energy saving effect, stable driving, wide speed range, and excellent fast response performance. They can be widely used in CNC, weaving, metallurgy, etc. that require high precision. In the case of speed regulation, it can also be applied to fans and pumps for energy saving purposes. The average power saving rate of a single machine can reach 30~60%, which has considerable social and economic benefits.
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
2. Ambient temperature:-15~40 ºC.
3. Working mode: continuous working system (S1).
4. Rated voltage 380V or 660V, rated frequency 50Hz, allowable variation range of rated voltage 5%, allowable variation range of rated frequency 1%.
5. The motor is driven by a coupling.
6. The protection grade of the motor shell is IP54 (see GB/T4942.1).
7. The cooling method of the motor is IC411 (see GB/T1993).
