YBX3-63-355 series high efficiency flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor is designed and
manufactured successfully by our company on the basis of YB3 series motor and the new technology of
electromagnetic structure, technology and material at home and abroad. It has the advantages of high
efficiency, energy saving, large temperature margin, long service life, good performance, low noise,
high reliability and convenient use and maintenance. The efficiency index of this series of motors conforms
to the third level index of GB18613-2020 "Energy Efficiency Limitation Value and Energy Efficiency Grade
of Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motor", and is consistent with IEC 60034-30. Its power
level and installation size conform to IEC standard and are the same as YB3 series motors, which is
conducive to the auxiliary use of export equipment and the replacement of existing equipment.
This series of motors meet the requirements of GB755-2008 "Ration and Performance of Rotating Motor"
and industry standard JB/T12628-2016 "Technical Conditions of YBX3 Series High Efficiency Flameproof
Three-phase Asynchronous Motor (63-355)". Its explosion-proof performance meets the requirements of
GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3836.2-2010
"Explosive Environment Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Shell"d". ExdIIBT4 Gb and ExdIICT4 Gb
are made respectively. The utility model is a drive motor used in places where explosive gas exists.
