FAQ
A. Basic maintenance of elevator air conditioners
1. Regular cleaning: Elevator air conditioners should be cleaned once a month, including whether the filter and return air outlet are blocked, and whether the air supply at the air outlet is normal.
2. Check the power cord: Check whether the power cord is damaged or aging, ensure the safety of the power cord, and whether the socket and air switch are normal.
3. Check the condenser fan: Check the operating status of the condenser fan once. If the condenser fan is found to be operating abnormally, it should be replaced in time. (Is the rear radiator blocked or too dirty)
4. Check the evaporator fan: Check the operating status of the evaporator fan once. If the evaporator fan is found to be operating abnormally, it should be replaced in time. (Is the air outlet and return air outlet normal)
5. Check whether the connecting pipe is loose. (Are the cotton tube and single tube connected normally)
6. Regular maintenance and cleaning: Regularly clean the inside of the air conditioner, including the condenser, evaporator, fan and other parts, to ensure the normal operation of the air conditioner.
B. Elevator air conditioning Elevator car vents condensation water phenomenon treatment plan as follow:
1. Use insulation cotton board material: Use insulation material to isolate metal parts and air conditioning vents to prevent cold air from directly contacting metal parts, thereby reducing the generation of condensation water. (Physical phenomenon)
2. Use plastic blinds to install vents and do cotton treatment to reduce the generation of condensation water.
3. Adjust the air direction of the air conditioner: By adjusting the air outlet direction of the air conditioner, avoid the cold air blowing directly to the metal parts as much as possible, thereby reducing the generation of condensation water.
4. Increase the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner: If the air outlet temperature is too low, the metal surface temperature will decrease, and the moisture in the air will easily condense on its surface. The air outlet temperature of the air conditioner can be appropriately increased to reduce the generation of condensation water.
5. Improve the ventilation inside the elevator: By increasing the ventilation inside the elevator, the humidity in the air can be reduced and the generation of condensation water can be reduced. (Install the return air outlet) The distance between the return air outlet and the air outlet should be kept at about 1M-1.5M.
C. Annual maintenance (recommended time: after the beginning of spring in March-April every year) Recommendation: Ask professionals to perform the operation)
1. Check the air conditioner remote control: Replace the remote control battery once a year to ensure the normal use of the remote control.
Air conditioner circuit inspection:
2. Check the power plug: Check the contact of the power plug once a year. If there is any burning, loosening, etc., it should be handled in time.
3. Check the leakage protector: Check the operating status of the leakage protector once a year. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced in time.
4. Check the operating current: Check the current during the operation of the air conditioner once a quarter. If there is any abnormality, find the cause and deal with it in time.
5. Check the insulation resistance: Check the insulation resistance of the motor and the electronic control system once a year. If it decreases, it should be handled in time.
4. Check the dust screen: Clean or replace the filter screen every month to ensure the cleanliness of the air and the normal use of the air conditioner.
5. Check the refrigerant pipeline: Check the refrigerant pipeline for leakage once a year. If there is a leak, it should be repaired in time.
7. Check the running noise: Check the noise of the air conditioner once a quarter. If there is any abnormal noise, find the cause and deal with it in time.
8. Check the cooling effect: Check the cooling effect of the air conditioner once a year. If there is a decline, find the cause and deal with it in time.
9. Check the heating effect: Check the heating effect of the air conditioner once a year. If there is a decline, find the cause and deal with it in time.
10. Check the air conditioner fixing screws: Check the air conditioner fixing screws once a year to see if they are loose. If they are loose, tighten them in time.
11. Check the room air conditioner condenser and evaporator: Deep clean once a year to ensure the normal operation of the condenser and evaporator. (The air conditioner cooling effect is better) Recommendation: Ask professionals to operate
12. Check the air conditioner fan: Check the operating status of the fan once a year. If there is any abnormality, replace it in time.
13. Check the motor: Check the operating status of the motor once a year. If the motor is found to be operating abnormally, replace it in time.
14. Check the sensor: Check the operating status of the sensor once a year. If the sensor is found to be operating abnormally, replace it in time.
15. Check the electronic control system: Check the operating status of the electronic control system once a year. If it is found that the electronic control system is not operating normally, it should be replaced in time.
